3 bed, WGC looking 4 a 2/3 bed St. Albans/Stevenage/Hertford

3 bed Council house in quiet cul-de-sac, WGC. Has a large back garden (not overlooked) and small hedged front garden with gate. We have one large bedroom and two smaller bedrooms, a kitchen and livingroom/diner and a downstairs bathroom. Plenty of parking in the street. We have lovely neighbours. We only want to move to allow for a new start. Looking for a 2 or 3 bed house in St.Albans, Stevenage, Hertford or surrounding villages (preferably no new builds) but willing to look if special.

postcode is cm203hu area is lovely close to shops/town/schools/doctors, lovely neighbours not on an estate. garden is about 44ft long by about 21ft wide. large living room, new fitted kitchen, utility room, small downstairs hallway , small upstairs hallway, fair sized bathroom, 2 large bedrooms, i tried measuring them but my tape measure only has cms and i cant quite work it out lol. house has loads of potential to add rooms on back of property etc.
alternitively if you were more interested in another 2 bed in harlow where kitchen is much bigger but garden was smaller i have someone who wants to exchange to my house but they only have two bed.
where abouts are you??

hi sorry 4 late reply it is a 3 bed councl house with 2 double rooms and a single.it has a medium sized garden.needs a little bit of cosmetic work but all floorin a year old and some only 2 months.anything else u need to know?
