3-4 bedroom older type house, semi detached in the lovely village of fremington north Devon.

Although near open countryside and beaches fremington also has good facilities including two inns, A fish and chip shop, Chinese restaurant with takeaways, Post office, A small supermarket, Chemist, Doctors, Hair dressers, School. Buses run around every 10 miniatures from the village and national express coaches also stop in the village.


The house is double fronted with the front door in the middle of the house and the stairs run through the middle of the house with rooms either side. Lounge with double aspect windows. 17.6ft x 12 ft recently redecorated in soft cream with new laminate flooring, Natural pine torus skirting and 2 new six panel natural pine doors, One to the hallway and one to the kitchen.

The new laminate flooring runs out into the hallway and into the dinning room or 4th double bedroom, This room has also just been redecorated tastefully and fitted with a new six panel natural pine door, This room is 12 ft 9 x 10ftand is ideal as a 4th bedroom as the only access is from the hallway so is a totally independent room.

Bedroom (1) 14 ft 6 x 11 ft Just decorated in a tasteful style and new six panel natural pine door.

Bedroom (2) 12 ft x10ft11, built in cupboard, and new pine door.

Bedroom (3) 8 ft 6 x 7 ft 7 with built in cupboard and six panel natural pine door, I have swung the door on this room to our benefit and a double bed works well in there with room to walk around and access the cupboard as well.

Kitchen. 13 ft 2 x 7 ft with beach units and matching beach worktops, there is also a 7 ft x 3 ft deep larder at the end of the kitchen very useful or remove and add 3 ft to the kitchen making it over 16 ft. Maybe for appliances or breakfast bar .decorated march this year.

Out of the kitchen rear door takes you into the brick built extension where there is the 2nd wc and then the utility room with very nice fitted base units and glass display units fitted to one wall, we also have our freezer placed in the middle of them. its is and ideal room for laundry and ironing or many other uses, size is 8 ft 3 x 7 ft, this room has just been plastered and decorated and could be used as a dinner, still leaving you 4 bedrooms

Bathroom 10 ft x 6 with bath wc hand basin.

Rear enclosed garden with good 8 x 6 apex shiplap shed,pear and cherry tree, garden size 50 x 30.

Front garden enclosed by private edge with block paved driveway.

Room sizes given are taken from the largest point of rooms and may include any alcoves ect.



From fremington village you can join the tarka trial which is ideal for walkers, Sea fishing, Cyclists and nature lovers. Cycle hire is available at the village quay side. We have lots of stables in the area if you like horse riding. Beach rides are very popular.

The big sheep is a fun day out for all the family. World famous clovelly is just 15 miles away. The historic town of barnsatple is approximately 3 miles away. Close by boat trips take you to the national trust island of Lundy.

North Devon is renowned for its superb coastline, and exmoor. Beautiful un spoilt countryside and beaches all over. The area has many walks including coastal path. Fishing and diving trips also available in the area.

There is a quay side in the village with a lovely cafe that used to be the old railway station, very popular with tourist. Local beach at instow just over 2 miles along the road, a little further and you have places like westward ho beach, appledore, saunton sands, croyde beach woolacombe ect.
