2 bed Windsor req min 2 Mid Sussex

Have a very large 2 bed mainsonette with newly laid garden, great neighbours, good schools, close to the Great park ( deer park and miles of green for walking and picnics ) and a short walk into town for all major high street shops, but local corner shop 2 mins away and Tesco in easy reach, easy access to london by car and train or coach, or airport if needed, quiet area, non estate, private housing opposite, central for most days out and great local parks for the kids. Everything is close to hand. Good schools close by and all levels, kids clubs and sports centre.

both beds double plus, large long living / dining room, sunny kitchen, good size garden with playhouse if needed

Reason : only reason looking to move is to be closer to family - been away from family too long now

wanted : 2 bed, garden would be nice, Sussex area, - garden is not a necessity for the right place,
(Steyning, Henfield, East Grinstead, Dial Post, rural parts of Horsham, Cowfold etc )

Would Iver be any good, Flat or house and can be backing on to farmers fields ? there are other places as well, looking to move asap as need to get settled before middle school starts, There are a number of people who would be interested in a 3 plus way swop if the right person comes along,

We know the area we want to be in well, know it is rural and this is not an issue to us
