 i have a nice 3bed semi in exhall cv7,cul de sac,not on an estate.gch and dg.walking distance to bedworth with all its shops and market,health centre,library,civic hall and leisure centre that is set in the grounds of a beautiful park.
good size lounge with bay window,aprox 28ft hall way with 2 storage cupboards.wc.small ofice/pc area.big kitchen can easy fit dinning table.
2 double bedrooms,single of good size,bathroom with airing cupboard,storage cupboard and loft access on landing.
well maintained and mature planted front and back gardens.
back garden has patio and bbq area,curved lawn and a good selection of plants and shrubs,summerhouse/workshop and potting shed.secure and enclosed.
house and area well worth a look.
only need to move due to work and college locations
have lived here for over 10 years.
