I have a three bedroomed semi detached in quiet location of Moreton, Wirral. The road I live is a small tree lined road with only 10 houses either side. It is a well sought after area with all but two of the houses in the road bought under the 'right to buy' scheme. It is a lovely neighbourhood and equally lovely neighbours.
It is a semi rural location close to all amenities such as shops, schools, hospital, libraries, leisure facilities (including many water sports and outdoor facilities) etc. The shoreline is a 10 minute walk! Public transport is excellent with regular bus services to anywhere in Wirral, plus trains to Liverpool (20 minutes) and Chester (30/35 minutes). Both offer superb shopping, attractions and eating out. The well known shopping experience Cheshire Oaks is also just a local bus or train ride or 15 mins by car! Manchester is approximately an hour away and easy access to major train and road services.
The local schools are second to none including St Anselms, Caldy Grange Grammar, West Kirby Grammar School, Hilbre High and Birkenhead Sixth Form College to name but a few. Liverpool alone boasts of 3 universities such as John Moores, Hope and Liverpool Uni.
I have recently had a new kitchen and bathrom fitted plus complete rewiring throughout! Seperate dining room and lounge. Kitchen and utility room. House has front and large back garden, with a driveway for parking. I have two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The hallway has had newly fitted laminate flooring. The loft space is large and many houses have renovated this space into added rooms.
