Cornwall to Bath/ Keynsham or surrounding areas in 2009

I offer a 3 bed mid terrace house in a mid Cornwall village. 2 double bedrooms, 1 single. lounge, kitchen diner, downstairs toilet. The upstairs bathroom is a wet floor room with shower, toilet and sink. The airing cupboard is also in this room.
small lawned/border front garden with parking on the quiet road, the back garden has a block shed, 2 small patios and lawn.
Idealy I would like a 3 bedroom bungalow, or, a larger 3/4 bedroomed house, that has the potential for a downstairs bedroom for my daughter in the future, and nice gardens.

The village of St Stephens is very central to St Austell (6 miles) Newquay (10 miles) and Truro (12 miles) and the A30 (3 miles)
The village has superb primary and Secondary Schools, health centre with dispensary, post office 2 conveniance stores, 2 take aways, 2 pubs, a community centre, garage, plus a lunderette, lovely church and chapel, and an excellent bus service to St Austell and Truro.
