LOVELY 3 BEDROOM SEMI - NORWICH

I have a 3 bedroomed house in Norwich far enough from the town centre to be away from all the noise but still within walking distance. At the top of my road 2 mins there is the local school and a variety of shops. You are close to all amenities whether walking by car bus or park and ride. The house has a large lounge/dining room and a large kitchen which is awaiting modernisation i.e new units I have though had cream/beige fllor tiles fitted throughout hall and kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are all good sizes. Ive had brand new carpets fitted to the lounge stairs and 2 bedrooms. The bathroon and toilet are seperate and to be honest are small however more than enough room to do what you need to Smile

I have a large front garden all enclosed and child friendly there are also double gate if you wich to drive a car in. Back garden is also a good size again enclosed and with brick shed. If you want to know anything else please let me know[/b]

Hi, We have a large 3 bedroom semi detatched house in chadwell heath near to Romford in Essex. It Has a small front garden and a large back garden and is close to all amenities. It Has GSH and double glazing. and the landlord is L and Q Housing association. I have recently decorated the hall, Landing, stairs, and the main bedroom and living room and box room and have laid new carpet in those areas and wood floor in the box room. hi, I have a 3 ed end terrace council house on Magdalin estate in Gorleston on sea which is inbetween great yarmouth and lowestoft. Theres a small front garden with gates and off road parking, small courtyard to side of house, enclosed medium sized back garden with patio and two sheds. There's ch, dg. Living room is 17ft X 13ft. The back garden's off the kitchen which has fitted oak cupboards, and two built in cupboards for storage. There's a toilet downstairs, bathroom upstairs. The main bedroom is 10ft X 10ft with a alcove where built in wardrobe could be built, the second bedroom is L shaped. There's a double bed in there and a large television but still room for furniture, the small room is 9ft X 9ft. It's a nice quiet, safe area and the neighbours are lovely. It's near the hospital, doctors, schools, buses and a sandy beach and promenade. Linda
