I have a large three bedroomed Council house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Clifton, York. It has a very large garden and driveway for two cars at the front of the property. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen and wash house downstairs, then three bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. This house has heaps of potential if you wanted to buy and a lovely family home. The cul-de-sac comprises of twelve houses six of which are now privately owned, and six council houses. It is nice for young children to play safely as no through traffic making it quiet.
