I have a lovely ground floor maisonette in the centre of cambridge, with a large, pretty shared garden at the front and a walled, slabbed and decked garden with shed at the rear, which gets the sun all day. There are good restaurants nearby, large shopping centre and cinema with buses to most of Cambridge across the road, bus and train stations within 15 mins walk, and large green spaces close by (Midsummer common, Parker's Piece etc).

Inside the house there is a new bathroom (2007) and the kitchen was new in 2005. There are laminated floors through most of the house but the smaller bedroom is sanded and polished floorboards, while the stairs and landing are carpeted.
Across the road from the back door is one of the best primary schools in Cambridge and it is 5 mins walk to the best high school in the area. It is close to several colleges and also to Ruskin University.
It is a council RTB property.[/u]
