Hi we have semi detached a large 3 storey 4 bed home large kitchen diner with fitted kitchen and silver hob oven and extractor, downstairs toilet, large storage cupboard and understairs cuboard, on 2nd floor we have a study a huge bedroom which could be divided to make 2 bedrooms, and a double bedroom, 3rd floor a further 2 double bedrooms a huge storsge cupboard with lock a bath room all recently tiled and over bath shower and large cupboard.
A good sized garden which is partly concreted and partly grassed 2 good sized sheds completely enclosed with 6 ft fence,

Primary school is just behind the house you can see the roof frm dining room and it is a lovely little school, park and playin field just behind school, high school is around a 10 min walk away, doctors shops dentist 5 min walk, regular buses to town 1min walk away the area is quiet and neighbours friendly,

we are looking to get back to staffordshire, derbyshire shropshire areas and willing to do multi swaps to get to where we need to be, will down size to a 3 for the rite home .
