WHAT WE HAVE
we have on offer a large 3/4 bedroom semi detached house in aldershot in hampshire. Non estate. Large family home, very spacious, fully carpeted throughout (8 months ago), loft space (with drop down ladder), newly redecorated. Walking distance to local primary school and high school. Local shops.
Measurements (approx)
Lounge 18" x 13"
Kitchen 18" x 9.6"
downstairs wc
Bedroom 1 13" x 10"
Bedroom 2 13" x 10" (L shaped)
Bedroom 3 10" x 8"
Bedroom 4 7" x 6"
Bathroom 6"6 x 6"
Front garden 30" x 22"
Rear Garden 75" x 25"
This property has a new kitchen fitted last year, a new downstairs wc, new bathroom fitted by us not the council. (luckily my husband is a builder) The house is all in good decorative order. There is also a very large decking area in the rear garden. There is off street parking for 2 cars.
This house really needs to be seen!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT WE WANT
It must be a house only, no flats, maisonettes etc. and no townhouses please. Minimum 3 bedrooms, preferably with dining room, or kitchen large enough for table and chairs, large garden.
areas we would like are in surrey, wallington, carshalton, carshalton beeches, sutton.
